Another correction, JR Smith tied Kobe for 3 pointers made....in the playoffs

JR hs a better 3 point % (.367) than Kobe (.331). So obviously Smith > Bryant.

I'm a traditionalist when it comes to uniforms.

But yeah, those were pretty cool.

I agree about the uniforms. But another one I like from time to time are the Celtics black jerseys with the green trim.

Jesus Christ.

That's not rare, that's raw.

I eat steak tare tare and love it, but I'm not into raw prime rib. Raw fat, to me, is practically inedible.

It was great, Slinky....

Well, in all the Kobe worship from this year, we do forget he was a chucker and a volume shooter. Not very efficient.

If you season the raw fat with salt and pepper and microwave it I've been told it's quite tasty.

"not very efficient"

And that's why it's a myth that Kobe was a clutch shooter. In the final seconds he was only about 6 for 22.

I'm not sure about the microwave (that's for popcorn), but if you throw some salt (and garlic) on fat and then sear it, it's damn tasty.

I was told everything tastes better in the microwave. Pretty sure I was given bad informantion though.

Back to LeBron...age 36 in the playoffs (yes I know against a shitty defense); 30/6/10 on 10-12 shooting and 4-5 from 3, in 28 minutes.

But in sadder news, JR Smith tonight tied Kobe in career 3 pointers made. :puke:
He's OK.

#gitusomeedibles

I'd rather smoke. Those edibles sneak up on you. We had a pretty funny accident with those with one of our local morning talk radio DJs. He went looking for a snack during a break and ate several of his visiting son's cookies (edibles he found out later) and he slowly unraveled during the broadcast. He's an old school drug user (hippy you might say), but hadn't done that in a long time.

Next time I eat one I'm getting it medium rare.....that's how I usually eat them but the woman has convinced me to try it rare.

I don't mind some red, but draw the line at purple lol.

Was that cooked by running a BIC Lighter around the edge?
For realz.

I've cooked a few prime rib roasts in my life, and I'm wondering how they got it like that. There's virtually no gradient temp like you see with traditional methods. You know, where it's maybe med-well on the edge, and makes its way through med, med-rare and gets to rare in the center.

It's like the outside is kind of cooked for about a quarter inch, then it's rare. I'm guessing it was either seared with a torch, then put into a low temp oven, or done sous vide, then seared.

It's interesting.
