Saw UNCLE today. Entertaining but I expected more

Yeah entertaining is probably the best word for it. I've seen better but I've seen a lot worse.

Kinda boring, but what really ticked me off is that they made up characters.... really really important characters.

oscar isaac is kind of a genius, and gleeson was also good. the future looks even brighter for those of us looking forward to star wars: the force awakens.

Watched the 2005 version of The Amityville Horror with Ryan Reynolds. Got to say, it was pretty good and better than I had expected it to be. Almost didn't recognize Chloe Grace Moretz as the daughter at first.

Hercules (Dwayne Johnson)

I went in with intentional low expectations. The first 30 mins or so we're almost exactly what I expected: a bad attempt at cashing in on the Vikings and GoT success. Then the "twist" was made clear (if it can even be called a twist), and my interest was peaked.

Still not a "good" movie, but certainly better than I expected, and I hope this type of movie gets made more often. I think there is potential.

6/10 (because of the idea)

Dracula Untold

A 2014 film that should have been a Movie Not Made.
Different plot on the vampire thing but was slow and not very interesting.
a 45 minute movie packed into 92 minutes of boredom.
