"A Million Ways to Die in the West"
Glad I didn't pay money at the theater to see this movie.
The first hour was ok as it was a spoof and made fun of old westerns and such and that's pretty much what you expected because of the previews, but this thing was a 2 hour movie and the last hour was just unnecessary. It tried all of a sudden to have a plot and justify the Liam Neeson salary and deteriorated quickly with the grade school humor and hammering to death earlier things that were funny but became trite. The first hour a 5/10, the second hour 2/10 for an overall of 3/10.

It's 2 hours of my life I will never get back.

Short movie about a journalist wrestling with his inner demons as he's being interrogated in the aftermath of he and his family being attacked in the middle of the night by a masked intruder.

Eddie Murphy Delirious

Watched it last night on Netflix for the first time ever. Made in '83. He said a lot of things in that old standup routine that he would've gotten crucified for in 2014.

8/10

The only reason it's not 10/10 was because his childhood cookout reenactment bit wasn't all that funny and was drawn-out too long.

Watched "Mr Dynamite; The Rise of James Brown"
It was a documentary and not a movie, but so what.

I liked it. Never knew much about the man and never a real fan of his music, but this thing was really interesting. Like a book you just cant put down. Didn't slow up, kept it interesting.
Give it a 7/10

Norton!!! You're looking pretty good in those jeans! Why don't you come over hear and fuck me up the ass!!!

I remember watching it one evening as a rental on VHS when it first came out and still had it the next day when my parents came for dinner.

I recall my dad laughing so hard he had tears streaming down his face.....

The way folks react to shit in 2014 is bullshit. My favourite TV show of all time would never have a chance unless it was on HBO or something, All in the Family.

I saw Nightcrawler.

The acting and dialogue is good and there are some pretty memorable scenes. The movie has a lot of awkward moments, too. I wouldn't recommend seeing it with someone who was knowledge in law...lots of 'that would never happen' moments. Fits somewhere between 'Her' and 'No Country For Old Men' but not nearly as good as either movie. Really harsh social commentary on capitalism thats very thinly veiled.

I'd give it a B-

I was thinking about seeing this movie.
a B- isn't bad.

I saw Super 8.

Good script and pretty interesting even if its all a bit cliche. Pretty forgettable but entertaining.
