So which college team does he land at?
Which NFL team would take him? I just don't think his system can work in the NFL.There's no high profile coaching openings. Unless he wants to be an offensive coordinator somewhere. I think he stays in the NFL.

Winner.Titans might be the landing spot.
No college jobs worth having still open.

he doesn't have to go anywhere.. the eagles still owe him money... he can sit out until next year when big college jobs open. My guess would be he sits out and takes LSU when it opens up next year. Guys on the hot seat in big name college jobs everywhere... Texas/LSU/Texas AM/ Auburn probably will open up next year... any of those are good jobs... I doubt he goes to another NFL team... But if he does... Hopefully its not the Lions. There's no high profile coaching openings. Unless he wants to be an offensive coordinator somewhere. I think he stays in the NFL.
The problem with Kelly is that he really makes the roster all kinds of funky to run his system and when he's gone, you're not left with the right pieces. The next Philly coach is going to have some issues. Not sure what team would take him, but the system has had success. He really held himself back this season with all of the strange moves he made.
Could sit out a year and take one of the following jobs when it opens up:
1) Texas
2) Penn State
3) Tennessee
4) Alabama
5) Arizona
I was thinking the same thing... Please god.. don't let this happen. I would rather keep Caldwell than have him in Detroit. He's going to have to go to a place where the program needs a complete overhaul. The quarterback sucks and they can just start from scratch.
Oh my God he is coming to the Detroit Lions. FML

It had to kill the owner of the eagles that most of the guys Kelly got rid of are now on playoff teams. The problem with Kelly is that he really makes the roster all kinds of funky to run his system and when he's gone, you're not left with the right pieces.
