We SHOULD look at him at RT, although, I would also like to take a look at Brandon Thomas at RT. It's easier to find GOOD OG in the draft then it is GOOD OT, IMO.

Minicamp starts with Pears at RT which I hope ends at minicamp.

I FUCKING HATE PEARS! That signing, along with Wright, made me scratch my head and wonder if Baalke was pant shitting enough to sign this schmuck to guaranteed money when they aren't talented enough to be a starter for more then emergency time.

I writer from Buffalo stated Pears is better at Tackle than Guard but still played crappy at Tackle. I am hoping someone else steps it up. I don't understand either signing (Wright and Pears). Without the guaranteed money it would be okay as they can just cut these guys for nothing if it doesn't work out.

In my opinion Boone is the most likely to be the next to "retire". He does not want to be here.

He won't retire. The other players it wasn't about that. It could be the Boone does not want to be in SF, but he won't retire, he will go play somewhere else because in the case it is about the team and not injuries or old age. Ultimately, I don't think it is about playing in SF. He just wants to get paid whereever that is if it isn't SF.

I hope we resign him. Keep him at guard and let the others battle it out. If it doesn't go well then u can put Boone there.

That's why I put the word retire in quotes.

I would give Evan Mathis a call and see if a deal can be worked out with all the newly available cap space.
