I don't think they will regret it. He will lead them to the #1 pick next year and the Cards can get Tua.

Word on the street is that Peter Dinklage will play him in a movie to be released in 2020......

I'm surprised there isn't more talk about how much taller all of these people interviewing him and introducing him have gotten. I mean Suzy Kolber must be damn near 5'11" now. She was standing almost eye to eye with the SUPPOSED 5'10 3/4" Murray on draft night. And I think she is like 5'7".

He was 5'10 1/8 at the combine supposedly, and didn't measure at his pro day. Conspiracy, lol?

Suck his nuts harder.

I've met the dude. I've stood beside him. If he is 5'10" then I'm fucking 6'5". Newsflash, I'm not. I'm only 6'2". And that midget is 5'8" on a good day.

Personally, I could care less if he’s 5’8, 5’10 or 6’5. If the dude plays well, it’s all good.

I do find it interesting that this Peter Dinklage sized QB had Only 5 batted balls at the LOS last year. How does that happen. :noidea: I guess he was just really good at nutmegging those huge o linemen.

Murray is a future superstar in this league. Rosen is a future backup. Took a lot of balls for the Cards current GM to admit their mistake of last year.

His size is almost irreavent in the current league especially in the system he is about to play in. He will take snaps out of shotgun 80% of the time. In that situation angles, good feet and being to throw off different platforms are more important than height. And Murray has those 3 thing.

Murray will have a bumpy rookie year like. The ups and downs will be his learning curve and by year 3 we'll know if he's a good QB or bust.

I'm calling it now, this kid is going to be a huge bust. I'm not sold on a 5'10" one year college wonder QB being worth anywhere near a 1st round pick. People are quick to bring up Russell Wilson, but he is both an inch taller and heavier than Murray, had 3 years of solid college ball under his belt by the time he was drafted, and was a 3rd round pick. Wilson is among an extremely rare select few QB's that short to succeed at that high of a level, let alone what the expectations of a 1st overall pick should be in Murray.

Will Rosen work out in Miami? Maybe, maybe not, but that's really besides the point in all this. I could see Murray maybe having a decent/good start RG3 style or something, maybe even turning out to be a decent player overall. But a perennial top 3 QB like you'd be hoping for with a 1st rounder? I think the odds are stacked way against him. I have nothing against the guy or the Cards, so if he proves me wrong, I'll be completely fine with it. Just calling it like I see it.

I'll be happy to eat crow if he manages to prove this wrong for more than 1 season.

I am calling it now:

Rosen is the bust. I called that before the draft last year.

Murray is going to be great. He will be a perennial all pro QB in his prime years.

The only thing AZ going to regret is drafting Rosen at 10 last year.

Although, technically that did help them land Murray, so maybe they won't regret that either.

Think that is the Dolphins pick. :)

That is my prediction. Rosen is going to lead the Dolphins to the number 1 pick in the 2020 draft and teams are going to line up to trade for Rosen so they are in line for Lawrence in 2021 as the first pick.

I’m not big on himself. It’s just funny if he does succeed bc you will be so upset. Just like RW became one if the best and he is undersized LOL

You create a thread like this and claim you win either way?

Please don't create a 4 paragraph 2,000 word response, but that's some pussy shit.

Everyone has their opinion sure but then you start claiming things like he needs to be top 10 GOAT to not be a bust lolzz you aren’t thinking clearly, jim jam

Alright, I used too much hyperbole saying he'd need to be a top 10 all-time QB to have been worth what the Cardinals gave up for him. How about just being a top 5 QB of his time in his prime years, would that be reasonable?

But this really depends on how Rosen turns out as well. If Rosen ever becomes a legit franchise tier QB for the Dolphins and Murray isn't at least as good, then the Cards will look extremely stupid for this trade. They can feel justified enough in the move if Murray becomes their franchise guy, so long as Rosen doesn't end up way better than Murray. If they both suck or are about on the same level of quality in their primes, then it's basically a wash.
