I never said you approved od the cousins move. You posted this in reference to the cards...

I made my post in reference to the Vikings... As a matter of fact, I never even mentioned Cousins in my post :noidea:

As you said before you are not invested enough in the game of football to care either way. So stop picking fights when your knowledge of the game matches your apathy toward it. Example: the Cards never traded for Murray, they drafted him with their first round pick.
Or... Keep poking. I'll have a smile on my face either way. :suds:

The Cardinals suck.

Cardinanls all-time record: 553-753-40
Vikings all-time record: 478-397-11

Head to head games Vikings vs. Cardinals: Vikings lead 17-11-0.

You keep moving the goal post. Why are you trying to turn this into a Cards vs Vikes thing?

I was just reiterating the comments you made about you being football ignorant. No big deal bro. I’m sure you are strong in other subjects. You simply need to pump the breaks on the football talk. You are just not strong in that arena.

Enjoy Sunday’s games if you decide to watch them.

Dude. This your A game?

There are lots of QBs in the show that are considered successful by that very metric.

And yes, a career that included taking the cards to the playoffs a single time would be considered a success.

You do watch the NFL, right?
As a fan of the nfl's most pathetic franchise - the Lions - I can tell you you're wrong.

Stafford was the #1 pick in 2009 (the year after 0-16). To this point, he has taken the team to two playoff appearances. We do not consider him a success.

Are you the elected spokesperson for all Lions fans? Some Lions fans do consider him successful.

If he did or actually does win a playoff game and maybe play in a championship game like Palmer, you might be surprised at the pedestal Lions fans place him on.

And there’s this...

Stafford winning % as a Lion = .461
Palmer winning % as a cardinal = .642

Stafford playoff winning % as a Lion. = .000
Palmer playoff winning % as a Cardinal = .500

I understand your point, but Matt Stafford and the Lions is a very poor example.

No, Matt Stafford and the Lions is a perfect example. If Stafford isn't considered a success making the playoffs (without a win) twice with the Lions, Murray sure as hell isn't going to be considered successful taking the Cards to the playoffs (without a win) only once. Which is what you suggested.

And yes. I am speaking for all Lions fans. Not even the slappies consider him a success at this point.

They should already be regretting hiring a coach that couldn’t cut it in college.

It's been 9 years since the Packers won a Superbowl. Is there even a single player OR coach left on the team other than Rodgers at this point? Then 1996 before that, and all the way back to '66 and '67 before that one. I doubt you were even alive for the 60's titles, and were probably a kid for the '96 season one.

Don't forget to mention the 9 pre-Superbowl era championships and how you own a share of the team because you once mailed the franchise a check for ~$250 in exchange for a piece of paper in your rebuttal. Or whatever variations of those types of standard canned Packer fans smack talking points you like to regurgitate. By the way, nice choke job to the Eagles last Thursday and Rodgers barely doing more than Trubisky/Chase Daniels against the Vikings vastly overrated defense this year.

Seemed disrespectful to Bobby Layne that Staff was voted in as Lions Alltime QB.

One was a Champion and HOFer, Staff has that one Pro Bowl.

Messed up imo.

Cards were once Chicago.

We're very competitive regionally on who sucks the most.

The only things I can recall about the Midwest in pro sports within the past few decades are: 2016 Cubs, 2010 Packers, 2005 White Sox, 2004 Pistons, 1996 Packers, 1991 Twins, 1987 Twins, 1985 Bears, 1984 Tigers. I guess the Chicago and Detroit teams have been pretty decent in the NHL, but I couldn't must the energy to care about hockey unless the Wild made it to the league finals by some miracle. And even then, I'd still have to actively make an effort to put any thought into it or go out of my way to watch the games.

Somehow, I forgot to mention the Bulls in the 90's. Definitely an insanely dominant and historical franchise of the time. But that was way more about Michael Jordan than it was for the city of Chicago itself, as he was about ready to leave town and do it elsewhere if they didn't figure out how to get him some other decent players for those title runs. That team has done absolutely jack without him.

One of the worst NBA franchises if you subtract MJ's time.

You forgot the Bad Boys also.

Impossible to fairly judge him yet. The OL and coaching are pure shit and his receivers are below average on their very best day.

The obvious weakness is the o-line among other things. But the o-line is #1.

Maybe. But he never failed offensively which is why they hired him. KK know how to coach QB's. That can't be argued.

But you have faith in that? What you just described is a quarterbacks coach or at most an OC.
