I just see an issue with being able to sustain drives at critical times. If you have a QB who doesnt move much he can still kill you if you rush him hard with quick great timed throws from the pocket. With this kid he can't really just stand there in the pocket because he can't go to his second third option because he can't see over everyone. So he's gotta move which is fine for some plays but you can't do that all game long because you can't do any timing plays it's all schoolyard and you can't maintain that . In college with Oklahoma athletes you're going to win with that but not in the NFL. People talk about Wilson and Breese and they move but they have found how to also beat you from the pocket. I think teams are going to rush this kid from the outside in and collapse on him.

Advice to the Cards: Don't give up on the kid if he struggles in year one. His OL looks brutal early and the nice weapons he does have are young. Don't ship him off after one year lol

Just saw the answer I was looking for on the tv. Here are Murray's #'s from last night.

3-8 12 yards / sacked twice (one safety) & 2 false starts. I know he's a rookie & it's the preseason. But those #'s are bad.

Feel kinda sorry for Murray, think he's gonna have a rough rookie year. I questioned the Cards hiring Kingsbury. He was 35-40 in 6 years at TT. Had 4 losing seasons & never won more than 8 games in a year. He also let Baker Mayfield go to OK.

Feel kinda sorry for Murray, think he's gonna have a rough rookie year. I questioned the Cards hiring Kingsbury. He was 35-40 in 6 years at TT. Had 4 losing seasons & never won more than 8 games in a year. He also let Baker Mayfield go to OK.

It is hard enough for successful college coaches to win in the NFL. For me it was the biggest head scratcher of a hire last year

Coach Bro in all his glory last night. Looks like his standard defense. He wants to run 90 plays on offense, and he will get to since his team will give up scores in less than 5 plays. Starting defense out there couldn't stop freaking Mike Glennon. Starting Cardinals offense couldn't move against backup defense.

When in doubt, just remember Coach Bro is the guy who couldn't win with either Pat Mahomes or Baker Mayfield. He thought Mayfield wasn't worth a freaking scholarship. The guy literally owes his entire career to Johnny Football.

I said he would wash out in 3 years. No one gives up on the overall #1 in less than 3 years. Even Jamarcus got that much leash.

He managed to go 16-21 with Mahomes there.

His best year was his first year when he wasn’t using his players. Tech got worse and worse basically every year he was at the helm.
