it was only a matter of time....

I have to give Clemson props - they go with the best qb who allows them to win games. Such a novel concept, just wish this caught on at other schools.....**cough**.

Yea, but Dabo won't commit to him being the starter. Kelly Bryant still get s the start then Dabo will bring in Lawrence to clean it up.

Looks like from tabasco above though Dabo named Trevor the new starter. Does that mean we snag Bryant?

Props to KB for what he's done. Only a 3 star recruit who wasn't suppose to be the starter and wasn't suppose to take Clemson back to the playoffs after Watson left. Hope he keeps his head up and not turn into Cole Stoudt. It's still a week to week battle, there's still ways to use him, and he was very valuable vs A&M. But right now, Lawrence is the way to go. He's getting more comfortable every week, the play calls to stretch the field seems to be more available and the run game seem to improve once he was in vs GT.

To be fair to Cole he was banged up before Watson got hurt at GT and struggled because of it the rest of the regular season, and Morris tried to fit a square peg in a round hole instead of tailoring the offensive scheme to fit his abilities. The Russell Athletic Bowl he was finally somewhat healthy and ScElliott devised a scheme that took advantage of his abilities and we go out and dominate OU.

I had no idea that dude was a 3 star recruit. Always assumed 4-5 star.

Would not happen but it would sure be funny to randomly see Syracuse and Duke roll through their schedules... Syracuse beats Clemson, Duke loses to Clemson as their only loss, beats Syracuse and makes the playoff

I'm a homer, but still think Coach Babers will get the ACC Coach of the year. The other ... more obvious choice is Dabo. But I think Babers did much more with less.
