FSU had bad losses their last month of basketball. They lose the regular season crown vs Norte Dame in the finale. One week later they commit 25 turnovers and lose the conference title game to GT, then they couldn’t shoot or keep the ball in the first half vs Michigan while attempting only 6 FTs for the game.

VT making moves to make itself a basketball school. Hired powerhouse HS Dematha coach Mike Jones to be our associate head coach. He's got great HS recruiting connections thru Dematha and with USA Basketball.

If I were Duke I would prefer a head coach with head coaching experience. I wonder how much input the just hired female AD at Duke will have in making this decision.

Especially at such a prestige university such as Duke. Honestly I don't think she had much input on this decision. Coach K earned the right to retire whenever he wanted to
