I was wondering where you pulled 1976 from...Nvm the merger was in 1966 lol

I didn't like the idea of stealing to begin with...
I have an idea.
It's called SORRY rounds.
Every owner has one SORRY pass. What this does is wipes out all the picks in that round and we make a new random draft order.
The pass can be used in any round. But only one owner can use it per round.
All else is the same
When can you use this pass though? When you have already started a round or do you have to say you want to use it ahead time for a specific round?...
Only problem with this is if we have 12 teams then 12 of the 24 rounds with be random. What if a player gets a random spot at the top every round or almost every round....
Pretty much impossible if you want to keep a fair time limit and any kind of flow to the draft.I have an idea.

What's a time limit??
But seriously. This would be interesting because you see many peoples hands. The new round will very rarely be the same even if the draft order magically was the same. And with this it is basically a steal but you give the other owner a shot to get that player back even if it is just random odds.
How about this. All players worth 10 or more are all maximized at 15
And we can have a salary cap of 250.
If we use the $15 before merger and $15 after 2000, $250 is fine IMO. There are a ton of players after 2000
