Maybe some Redskins fans can chime in if the dude is legit but doesn't seem like a random joe making things up either.

I have read elsewhere the deal is very close to being done...

Most likely just speculation. However, maybe this links up with the Tru Johnson potential trade? Dolphins were reportedly willing to outbid the Patriots and give up the first rounder for RFA Malcolm Butler. Maybe this would be an easier trade to absorb for them?
What I don't get is why would the Dolphins give up a first round pick to sign Butler, when they could spend just a little more money and sign Bouye or Gilmore without giving up draft compensation? To make the Patriots worse? It's not like it's a really weak corner market. Do they feel since there will be fewer teams willing to give up the draft pick, that they could get Butler to sign an offer sheet at a much lower price than Gilmore or Bouye on the market? But they would still have to offer Butler enough money that the Patriots don't match if they actually want Butler.

Sounds like Poe's market is kind of crummy. May got to a team he can rush more on for a 1 year deal.

The Bills are being really stupid. As are the Redskins for a very similar reason too.

Way to go backward at QB, and let two other teams take huge steps forward at QB.

Hardest guy to block in the game. Big time Coughlin move and a great get for the Jags if true. They can finally turn that defense around with a veteran cornerpiece.

Panthers re-sign Charles Johnson to two-year deal.

Julius Peppers back to Carolina?

Matt Kalil to join his brother on Carolina's O-line?

Rumor is that Gettleman is going to go hard after a LT in Free Agency since the draft is weak on O-lineman.

He is all yours. He is Not even half the player that his brother is. He's a spoiled punk who never will live up to his draft spot.

Hightower has agreed to give Belichick his best offer and allow BB to match it.

Patriots and Saints are back at the table trying to work a deal for Brandin Cooks.

Reports on NESN this morning indicate that the Browns have decided that they want Jimmy Garapollo, but not for 2 first round picks. Latest rumor is that they are willing to give up the #12 in the first round and the rest is pure speculation. The best guess is the #12 and #33 (2nd round), or #52 in the 2nd.

LaGarrett Blount will not be returning to NE. Patriots are looking at Mike Gillislee of the Bills who was tendered yesterday. He would cost a 5th round pick.

It's very quiet this morning..............................No one can make a firm dollar offer until 4:00 PM tomorrow. Just wait to see how many contracts are finalized at 4:02 PM tomorrow...........Can the NFL Office FAX withstand the onslaught??

Despite all these unsubstantiated rumors, the Pats will be lucky to get a single 2nd round pick for Jimmy G.

Garcon's money sounds ridiculous, but I have to believe that contract is heavily front loaded because the Niners have to spend the entire GDP of California this season.
