Lot of fair points here, but I guess because I don't watch much of the 82...73 didn't mean that much to me, the NBA is about the playoffs, always has been, always will be, but I do agree Warriors fans really feel let down.

Splash brother...spot on...the GS stars played like role players last night.

Kerr...I'm old school, and have never bought into the "outside in 3pt game" because logic says you're not going to hit them all the time...Curry missed a couple of open looks, but kudos to the Cavs...they left Green open and he made them pay, but they were in the face of Thompson and Curry a lot in the second half and they missed key shots.

Curry shot way too many 3's. 14 3's in a tight game 7? Seriously

Agree...he has a decent off the dribble game, but live by the 3, die by the 3 and they died by the 3 last night...he should take a page from Irving...attack the glass...in crunch time the block by Lebron was epic.

He just had a bad overall game & series for the most part. His mental game was way off & it showed via turnovers, stupid fouls and other questionable decisions (e.g. challenging LaBron inside). Forget about Green, Kerr, etc - Curry has to take a big part of the blame on this one. It will be interesting to see how he responds next season.

On the top of my blame list is Curry followed by Kerr. Far too many mediocre games from him. He had maybe 1 or 2 good games

Yes GS is the biggest Choke team ever in sports. Maybe last year was a fluke.

In the biggest game of the season, Steph Curry thought it was a good idea to shoot 14 3's

That's why some people had so many questions about a jumpshooting team winning it all. Yeah, last year they did but it wasn't a fair match IMO

I agree, The only taint on it is GS lost a starter. Losing Bogut turned out to be Big. It changed Kerr lineups big time and it open up the inside for Irving and LBJ, and Cavs got the advantage on the boards.

Both teams beat each other when the other wasnt at full strength.

Steph Curry had another one of those overly cocky silly behind the back pas turnovers late as well

And it ended up as the lead changing 3 pointer on the other end as opposed to an easy layup for GS

He was just underwhelming this entire series and was particularly bad in game 7 when an MVP needs to be the best

The play of the game was Lebron´s block on Iguodala IMO

At the 4:39 mark of the game it was tied up 89-89... stats afterward:

GS 0-9 from the field
Clev 1-8 from the field and 1-2 from FT line

Both teams became very tight and nothing was going to be easy apparently. The 2 point lay up may have been all GS needed to win another title; therefore, IMO that is the play of the game.

Congrats to the city of Cleveland and the Cavs.

Curry had way too many mistakes in these Finals.

some people say this team was a Fraud, and they might be right. There is no reason to lose 3 straight 2 in your home building. No one will remember this team. They might say they have 73 wins season but they didnt win it all. At least the Bulls won it all.

It was an ugly end of the game. I think the turning point was when Irving hit the game winner. LBJ was 0-5 and no one else was hitting a shot.

Im not going to lie but that picture shows it was goal tending. Its on the glass. I think you should delete it before Cavs fans get mad. LOL

GS should definitely get rid of Varejao during the offseason so that there is no temptation to use this stiff ever - the guy is horrendous.

OMG he is so bad. Also Cavs should not give him a ring after his flopping crap.

Very close call.. but I think the referees made correct decision in not calling it. He hits ball before it hits backboard and his hand rolls off towards the right.

ESPN this morning they showed it in slow motion and it hit glass 1st but I agree tough call to make. They should of looked at it though(I dont know if they are aloud to do that).

It was a nice block but again the play of the game in Irving. Main reason it was the game winner, 2nd no one hit a shot in the last 2 min of the game. He was the only one.

Watch the play. He hit the ball before it hit the glass, it is obvious and a clear block. The pic shows Lebron pinning it against the backboard after he initially blocked the ball. Have a great offseason, bc I know I will :suds:

LeBron's block on Andre Iguodala was the NBA Finals' perfect ending

Might be the greatest block in NBA history

Part of the reason Curry and Klay were so successful from 3 this season (besides being two of the greatest shooters ever) was because they are both so good at mixing it up and driving to the hoop.

Seems like they forgot that during this series and were intent on just shooting 3's. With the Cavs defense extended that was a tough way to try and win games.
