Pretty comprehensive re coaches. Just think they need someone to work on defensive fundamentals.

I would love to get to next November with almost all of our top 30 prospects still on board and see where we are. If we do trade any of them I would hope it would be for some young guy who has at least 4 years of control left.

Even more important than a big league pitching coach, is who we hire for AAA and AA pitching coaches. I am looking forward to seeing what a great pitching coach can do for guys like Leiter, Winn, Vanasco and Roby. Maybe someone who is as good as the Royals pitching coach who has worked with Rocker in the AFL, Julio Pimentel. Maybe they could hire him away from the Royals for a position higher than what he has now.

Will be interesting how they rate Perez. You don’t always find a good fit for players. I think Perez is one. I hope we find a way to sign him

1) Ezequiel Duran was the guy they had to have in the Gallo trade.

2) Duran is playing CF and corner OF in winter ball.

That makes it seem to me like they will try Duran up here in CF at some point this year.

That makes it seem to me like they will try Duran up here in CF at some point this year.

Also, Blaine Crim is not playing winter ball. He talked to Ross about it and asked what they wanted him to do and they told him it was up to him. In telling him that, Ross told Blaine that he was "in great standing with the organization."
