No More "Bullpen Failure"
That's because with the size of today's bullpens it is much easier to hide pitchers on your roster.2 position players taken and 6 pitchers taken

The Rangers are afraid to admit they made a mistake with Howard. No way he should still be on the roster. The Rangers lose Englert in the Rule 5 draft.
But we still have Howard, Sborz, Miller, King and Eli White on our roster.
This is a major fail.
I agree but some position players may be takenThat's because with the size of today's bullpens it is much easier to hide pitchers on your roster.
We need someone to clean out the dugout after the game. The Rangers are afraid to admit they made a mistake with Howard. No way he should still be on the roster.
Maybe Howard is gone for Heaney. That would at least be justiceThe Rangers are afraid to admit they made a mistake with Howard. No way he should still be on the roster.
I don't think you should make it a practice to not give guys deserved promotions just because the team doesn't know how to handle the 40-man prior to Rule 5. The bad strategy lies in not protecting the right guys. Also he may have not been taken if we did not move him to AA. Bad strategy IMO
Sounds good.Maybe Howard is gone for Heaney. That would at least be justice
Old, hasn't played since 2019, former Ace.
I wouldn’t trust him to do that.Would be nice
If we keep Howard they should just move him to the bullpen. 1 inning guy. Maybe he can find some success.
Tigers minor league report site on YouTube already has a 6 minute video posted on Englert. He looks pretty good in that video.I had Englert as our 9th best prospect.
I would still like to get Senga and trade for Reynolds. I wonder if they plan on putting Otto and Dunning in the bullpen. Worked out well for Moore last season.
