Well I’d have looked at him as a more than viable Bench player

Teams don't put prospects like that on the bench until they have proven themselves not worthy of starting. They play them everyday somewhere.

Myself, I would arrange it how I said yesterday and Lowe would DH mostly and play some 1B when Guzman has a day off or is in the OF. My first inclination, actually, would be to jettison Odor and put Lowe at 3B this spring.
