Okay, so what am I missing with Jon Gray and his 5 plus ERA away from Colorado? Give me something of substance and not something about the Rangers knowing a secret in how to improve him. Talk me into thinking this isn't a big mistake and that he will not have a 5.00 - 5.50 ERA for us over the course of the next few years.

Me personally, I have the same expectations for Jon Gray that I had for Arihara a year ago. In fact, I expected Arihara to have an ERA of 5.00 and I expect about 5.30 from Gray.
