that's WednesdayDespite the ERod signing maybe there is a lull until 17th where QO decision making period expires
7 of those 14 guys have already rejected the QO. They didn't wait for the deadline.Despite the ERod signing maybe there is a lull until 17th where QO decision making period expires

Give me Stroman over Kershaw.understand me, if the Rangers sign Suzuki, Story and Kershaw i will be overjoyed and cheer for all 3 with equal gusto it is just that i can't shake the doubt that Suzuki's performance will be anywhere near what we're seeing from him in the JPN. i hope i'm proved wrong
I like them both for different scenarios. If the Rangers want a short term guy as a bridge to Winn, Leiter and Vanasco then Kershawbis the guy, I think. If they want a long term guy in the rotation, then.Stroman is the best available this year, to me. There could be someone better a year from now. Jeff Wilson mentioned Barrios as that guy a year from now.Give me Stroman over Kershaw.

Short term being 1 or 2 years.when you say "short term" and "long term" in these scenarios, what sort of length do you have in mind?
Short term being 1 or 2 years.
Long term being at least 4 years.
My personal preference is not to sign anyone past 2023, but I am not at all certain that that aligns with the preference of the front office. I always wanted to just go with what we have even in 2022, but once they got rid of Phillips, Crouse, and Palumbo, that wasn't going to happen.
Based on what the Rangers want to do I think Kershaw would be a great fit.
rather go with Kershaw than StromanI like them both for different scenarios. If the Rangers want a short term guy as a bridge to Winn, Leiter and Vanasco then Kershawbis the guy, I think. Reason I ask is, Seems like Kershaw could be seeking a 3 year deal. Personally I would not want to ink him to anything past 2.
I'd prefer Berrios next year over Stroman this year, but odds are Stroman will be cheaper.
Yeah, with Berrios being younger than Stroman, I tend to prefer him too. As long as they don't overdo it in terms of number of free agents, I would rather have the better guy even if he is more expensive.Reason I ask is, Seems like Kershaw could be seeking a 3 year deal.
