Eli is 21st out of 27 qualifying qbs in career passer rating below guys like Winston, Keenum, and Tannehill.

Warner played in 100 less games so this argument does not hold water. In addition, Warner is 10 points higher in rating, he is over 5 points higher in completion % and his TD to INT ratio is light years better. Warner Is a way more deserving HOFer by miles.
