One point of interest in this game. If someone only told me that Saquon would only rush for 57 yards on a 2.3 APC with no other information about the game, I would have asked how much did the Chiefs win by. Never woulda thunk the Chiefs could pretty much squash Barkley's production, yet still get destroyed.

Hurts actually did make some game changing plays. Otherwise this might have been an ugly 14-0 game for a long period of time instead of the big lead.

Yeah Hurts played really well other than the one pick. I never would’ve thought the Eagles would win with Saquon only rushing for 57 yards but Hurts played very well and their D was great.

I think Hurts is arguably the best QB in the NFC after the win tonight and might be in the top 5 QBs in the NFL, definitely top 10

A game where Reid not having a strong running game cost them dearly.

Eagle's D was basically in 3rd and long passing defense all night long and the Chiefs didn't have a running game to punish them for it.

Chiefs D held Saquon to under 100 yards as expected but they had no answer for Jalen running the ball. Hard to defend both. And he is better at throwing the ball than he was two years ago.

The Chiefs revamped their O-Line after their Super Bowl loss to the Bucs a few years ago, it will be interesting to see if they do the same this offseason, their O-Line got demolished last night. And yeah the Chiefs need a better rushing attack, their RBs had 7 carries for 24 yards last night, part of this was because they trailed the whole game but that’s pretty awful.

I was shocked by how much our d line dominated last night. The defense improved as the season went along, including the pass rush, but man Mahomes was running for his life against a vanilla pass rush as Fangio basically played a big nickel defense in bracket zone coverage all night. Almost zero blitzing in the entire game. Master class of team defense.

Hurts is limited as a pure passer, but he is a great leader overall. He is like a robot out there, no emotion. He generally plays physical football and tends to be at his best in big games. Taking his team back to the SB and winning it this time kind of settles any debate about Hurts, he's a winner.
