Not sure how to word this without drawing the ire of hardcore folks on the board.....but of all our opponents that the Niners have faced with Kap at the helm, is Chicago the best comparison? I'm not someone who watches tape but they have a back who can run and receive, one receiver you have to watch closely, and others that are not elite, a functional TE, aging LBs with limited coverage skills, and a decent FG kicker.

Again, I realize they are not carbon copies but personnel wise they seem to have some similarities. The OLs are totally different (Chicago's blows goats)....

Wow that was a good question. I hadn't thought about that...

If the plan of working out of Youngstown and hotels for a week sets up the team to work out of a hotel for this week during the Super Bowl. I wonder if that was part of the thought process for doing that...

I think it's also good getting the circus of the travel, arrival, and first interviews out of the way tonight.

Sets up a little normalcy in terms of routine starting tomorrow.
