Cam Inman:

Colin Kaepernick just sent 5 pizzas into the #49ers media trailer. #SuperBowlMVP

---------------

Mindi Bach:

Pizza just arrived in the #49ers media trailer we are told courtesy of @Kaepernick7

----------------

Tim Kawakami:

49ers deliver pizza to media trailer... courtesy of Colin Kaepernick. Oh my.

-----------------

Matt Barrows:

MVP? Pizzas were just delivered to the media trailer courtesy of Colin Kaepernick. (I don't remember any Alex Smith pizzas).

------------------

Steve Corkran:

49ers QB Colin Kaepernick just ordered, and had delivered, five pizzas to the media. Talk about brownie points.

--------------------

Ann Killion:

Cam Inman:

Correction: @Kaepernick7 has sent in 15 pizzas, not 5. Should have known the read-option QB would give us options in the media trailer.

49ers heading out right now to practice in light rain. Justin Smith not wearing brace on his left arm as he exited locker room.

lol...

It's either Round Table or Little Ceazar's... Those are the closest pizza places to the SF HQ

Colin Kaepernick answers tattoo questions, talks pressure, orders pizza for the media: Not a bad day | Talking Points

Then Kaepernick ordered pizzas and had them sent to 49ers media trailer. Fifteen of them, from Pizza My Heart, and though I didn’t have a slice (I just ate, Colin!), I can tell you they were eaten by the hordes here and were much appreciated.

-Q: Who’s idea was it to do the trademark of Kaepernick-ing?

-KAEPERNICK: That was my agent.

-Q: Has the NFL gotten mad at you?

-KAEPERNICK: I don’t know.

Oh, no, Skip. Distractions! Distractions!

49ers practicing today in rain on turf. Justin Smith indeed in arm brace still. Aldon Smith only one in black, no-contact jersey

There was no Ahmad Brooks or Garrett Celek for the start of practice for the second straight day. Brooks was on an exercise cycle.

First Take - ESPN

Go to the 31 minute mark. It's Skip Bayless on why Colin trademarking "Kaepernicking" RIGHT NOW is a bad idea. This ranks way up there on his all-time dumb scale and I can't believe Christian would echo him a little bit. Christian is usually pretty well spoken and a smart thinker. Thank goodness Takeo Spikes, who should be hired by a network the day he retires if he wants, makes some sense.

Kaepernicking trademarking hardly a distraction | ProFootballTalk

Besides, it’s smart to protect Kaepernick. If he doesn’t file for the trademark rights, someone/anyone else could do it. Failure to take those steps would be, frankly, malpractice.

Mike Florio, who wrote this and is the founder of PFT, is a lawyer himself if you didn't know.

Kaep would trademark that too, you know, if trademarking weren't so damn distracting. ;)
