Wasn't Flacco a guy Jim had some input on when it came draft time though?

If that's the case then I could see us going after Flacco.

I believe in exchange for more active players on game day, the "emergency QB inactive" position was removed. If you feel your 3rd QB may be needed, you need to have him on the active roster.
