Doesn't matter. That's like saying our run D this year isn't good just because we give up more scores than anyone. We've given up less yards than a lot of teams, even Miami, who has Suh.

Paying attention to goal line defense giving up short rushing TDs is an extremely accurate measure of how good a rush defense is. Those other million yards given up during the game that get teams into the redzone are meaningless. As long as you force the other team to throw a 1 yd TD instead of running it in the run defense is awesome.
