In 2008 he had 40 Homers between the Majors and Minors...Power develops as you get into your prime regardless. They knew about his power Potential..they just never thought after his 4 years there. He would accompany it with a respectable Batting average/OBP... So in a sense...its more suspect that he is hitting for Power and average/OBP...and not just power...

Really at this point...anyone could be cheating.. Its not just the guys who go from Rags to riches..
