When did I say I sold them? I was just marveling at their value. You aren’t very bright and you appear to be getting dumber by the post.
"Yes, they just combined to sell for 12k on ebay. Deal with it".

I was still actively collecting back then. I'm sure I have a few of his rookies in my collection.
I'm gonna put them in the spikes of my granddaughter's bike.

Im bright enough to know that if you buy a psa 9 card and keep it forgotted in a drawer for over a decade it isnt a psa 9 anymore. Im not even an avid collector but i know you have to take precautions to keep paper in that state of mint. This whole thread just reeks of bullshit.

I don’t think it would grade very well but maybe I should send it in anyway?

No. You really aren’t bright at all. If you had any wisdom on this topic, you would know that they put the card in a slab and grade it. It keeps that grade forever. You think it has some kind of time limit on the grade?

What pains me is the 1st edition Charizard (Pokemon). I saw kids literally slamming that down on the lunch table with greasy fingers and damaging the edges of the card routinely when I was in Jr. High School... I wasn't any wiser, I thought it was 'whatever' and a fad.

Perfect 10 Charizard is worth about $50K these days....
Oh hi.

And $50k was the price before the explosion of last year. The last 2 PSA10 cards sold went for $295,300 and $350,100.

Are you retarded?

It's sealed and protected in that case. The grade isn't going to diminish over time.

I just found these in a drawer a few weeks ago. I didn’t even really recall that I had them. I couldn’t have spent more than $50-60 total for the pair. Here’s what they are going for now:

Better sell fast, Beanie babies, hummels, madame alexander dolls etc all had aspirations of riches and are worthless, trading cards may hold value but soon the market will die because the youth today have lost interest in most collectables.

"The youth" aren't the ones spending thousands on cards. People with a lot more disposable money than most of us are.

Brady is the GOAT. His rookie card, especially in mint condition will hold value far longer than other fad products. It's not like these are still being printed or there are tons of them sitting unopened. The grading world was not very big back then either, so the majority of these cards have been lost or damaged along the way.

Better sell fast?? Nah. Not me. They got this valuable sitting in my drawer and that’s where they will stay. I will be sure to tell my daughter about them, though, so she knows not to throw them away one day.
