Come on man. It's all relative. If you only win 2-4 games the year before then going 7-9 is going to seem like a successful season. Of course once a team starts going to the playoffs, then winning the Superbowl is the goal.

Smack talk Harold, remember the thread we're on. By the way, for the hawks not to win the Super bowl this year would be a monumental colossal choke of epic proportions. They have the best qb, best rb, best defense and best coach in the league.

When your team is as good as Seattle's is or the 49ers, it is a super bowl trip or bust kind of season. Doesn't mean you can't be proud of how your team played all year, but you know if they don't get there you will be disappointed. As will they. Nothing wrong with that stance, it just shows how good the team is and what their goals are.
