Should we try to go after Rosen?

Kliff Kingsbury & Cardinals Could Reportedly Draft Kyler Murray #1 Overall, Trade Josh Rosen



I'm like 99% sure this wont happen but on the off chance the Cardinals are serious should we take the risk and go after Rosen? It would obviously cost us our 1st this year but I don't think the price would be too insane given that the Cards would be getting a new QB to replace Rosen so I don't think we're in the 2 first rounders plus more scenario like when the Raiders traded Mack.

Truth be told, the Bronco Boner that I am enjoying right now would be sent directly into the dirt .. I'm wasn;t a big fan of Rosen coming out, and he did nothing this past season to change that feeling ..

I just can't picture him playing a January playoff game at Mile High when it is 20 degrees

Denver could have had Rosen slotted mid 1st. The good news is you have 1 year of NFL tape on the kid.

11 TD's to 15 INT's isn't good but with Denver's OL? He'd put up better numbers than Keenum and he's got a lot of upside. He's a very smart kid and that means a lot in this League.

If you could get him for a 2nd rounder.....I'd do it.

Unless I already knew what I was going to do at QB for next Bronco's season - I'd kick the tires on Rosen -review the draft file - and the NFL vids.

Probably true but after our QB situation remains a mess maybe he wouldn’t pass on the opportunity to have Rosen a second time.

I seriously doubt he thought that Case was going to be our QBOTF. At least, I hope not. I think he didn't like anyone outside of Baker or Darnold (who he may not have liked, but they were gone when we picked). Or maybe he just liked Chubb way too much to pass on for a QB.

I always say it's worth it to kick the tires and see what the price is. If the price is a 2nd, then I think you have to consider it. Anything more (which I would think it would be, considering they traded up to get him last year) and you move on.
