I'm kind of on the fence with this.
The AP uses SOS a lot when ranking teams. But if you're good, end up 11-1 or 10-2, ranked in the top 10 but not bowl eligible....not sure if the 1 or 2 teams that beat you (which more than likely will be ranked higher, but not always the case) should be taken into consideration considering that you're not bowl eligible.
