If they do face each other in the playoffs, the game is almost certain to be in Seattle, where bulletin board material material is unlikely to carry even the little weight it might in SF.

We got over the hurdle yesterday. Mainly it was much needed for Kaepernick. Seattle is incredible at home but that one win helps with confidence for Kaep. The difference in these teams is minute and Kaep is the difference. Wilson is always solid but Kaep has been up and down against good teams.

It'll be interesting.

Be realistic. This is a hate Sherman thread and he deserves it. I don't troll your team and give them respect. I hate that dude and he merits my disdain for him.

Be honest, do you wish he were a 9er?

Take 15 minutes of your time to study Sherm, where he comes from, what he has accomplished, what he does for his community and if your still think he is a POS after you know more about him I would not try to sway your opinion of him.

Okay, I will. He's actually not a pos and I've seen video of him doing some good things. I know where he came from and overcome. I just don't like his mouth. I don't like shit talking.

For the record, I actually like Sherman. I know what he does off the field and I even like his shit talking on the field, but there are some cases where you need to just accept your loss.

Fair enough.

True that!

Give the 9ers credit in a great game.

I agree, there were bad calls or no calls that went both ways, just another poorly officiated game this year, but SF made the big play when it counted most and ended up with the W, so kudos to them.

I don't disagree with that, but I still think that HFA means a lot more in that series than does "bulletin board material".

Hey, I don't want to go to the Clink but if that's what happens, I think we have a chance. Before yesterday I wouldn't have. I knew that Kaep had to play better and he did. That's a very good defense and he made some good reads and throws. I hated the pick he threw but it was a good shot.

As I said before, these two teams are mirror images of each other. The QB play is the biggest difference between them, IMO.

He is the #1 reason why I will never want to see Seattle win a superbowl. Blaming the refs for your team losing in a choke. Was it the refs who allowed Gore to break off that huge run?

"We didn't project it to be this way," Sherman said, according to the 49ers' official website. "We expected to blow them out, but they got the benefit of a few calls tonight throughout the game, and that helps you especially on third down. We will see them again, and it will be a different result."

Sherman was adamant, however, that Crabtree's presence "didn't make a difference."

"I didn't make a difference at all," he said, according to NFL.com. "The penalties, that is what made the difference today."

As a Seahawks fan, what I object to the most is his statement that "we expected to blow them out." I'm not sure that I want the Hawks going into their games with what sounds like an overconfident attitude.

I'm basing on human nature, bro. When you have a piece of shit like Sherman on your team, you put up with him because he's a good player. If he's not on your team, how can you deny that you wouldn't like him? I never liked T.O. as a person but as a player he was good so I put up with him. It doesn't help that Sherman is a Seahawk and I'm forced to listen to that, troll.

That MAY play a role in my hatred for him, maybe. :noidea:

I guess that's true. Kaep bugs the crap out of me but he isn't some law breaker. There's no arguing that Sherman's a better DB than he is a QB at this point though. Sherman talks a lot but he's able to back it up on the field.

There's no debating that. And Kaep bugs me as well. Not as much as Russell "scripted" Wilson but he just annoys me with some of his actions.

I think Sherman is talking about the "holding" call he got on Crabtree. It was pretty weak but I think you can still call it. The issue I had with it was the flag never came out during the "hold", the play was completely over and players were almost walking back to the huddle when the flag came out. It seemed crazy late and I think that is what most likely had Sherman suspicious of the refs.

Seattle got a lot of flags thrown at them yesterday, but what really did them in was the dumb use of the time outs. I didn't like when they called them and I said so at the time, turns out it burned them because they couldn't challenge the gift spot that Kaepernick got on third down. Que Sera, Sera.

I actually like his antics. It's entertaining. Since when do athletes have to all the sudden be so damn politically correct all the time. He backs his talk up and it's funny. As for him making excuses about the refs and not giving the 49ers credit, that's just being competitive, most players think that way, he just has the balls to say it.

I'm so sick of these robotic responses we get from athletes these days. Teams can't even use his stuff as bulletin board material because he lets everyone know what he thinks.

I don't agree with Sherman that the refs cost us the game. They did make some shitty calls, but ultimately it was our inability to put constant pressure on Kraep and the last Gore run that hurt us most.

However, calling a guy on another team a piece of shit and saying you're a better human being that he is when you have a guy who's able to play the game after drunk driving and shooting at his party-mates is ridiculous. A little trash talk doesn't make someone a bad person. Shooting at people does.
