I must have had a turkey hangover and not feeling well earlier this morning.

If any team shells out that kinda bank for him ... they had alot more turkey than I did.

I think I am just Jones'in so bad for add ons that puts us closer to being Astro slayers I am not researching my thoughts well. I knew he stunk it up last season, but wasn't aware his numbers were that anemic over a 3 year span.

I'm with you. They predict Conforto to get 2 year, $35-37M..for a guy that has gone down the last two years and missed all of last year. Nuts. If the prices are really this high, M's need to be over $200M to have a solid team.

Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports that the Mariners have continued to express interest in free agent outfielder Brandon Nimmo.​

The M's are looking to add a left-handed bat to their outfield mix -- which could mean that they still lack confidence in Jarred Kelenic and could look to move him in a trade this winter. The Giants, Blue Jays and Rays are among the other teams that have publicly expressed interest in the 29-year-old outfielder.

According to Daniel Kramer of MLB.com, the Mariners have checked in on free agent outfielder Andrew Benintendi.​

It sounds like despite the fact that the M's acquired Teoscar Hernandez from the Blue Jays already this offseason, that they're still looking to bolster their outfield corps. Kramer notes that they have checked in on Brandon Nimmo as well -- making it seem as though they're looking for a left-handed bat to add to the mix. It's somewhat interesting, as that could create even more of a logjam with Jarred Kelenic and Jesse Winker already holding down the other corner outfield spot and fighting for at-bats as the designated hitter.

So..they keep looking for..a.LF dh ...ok yeah I get that...

Cuz he is not really that bad ..and it seems .
There was some injurie ..but..moving on ..ok then....

So ok...trade him then....or..ok don't....

Nimmo is for sure good and a lead off hitter..

Last year...lt will be important to add a couple..
Collage guys..to those guys..if they are there.

Right now....most..the mariners..better..prospects...are in the lower.. minors...so...the..draft..
Is still on..for the mariners....for the next..couple.
Years...2 or 3...…

It is still important..to build a strong..minors...

LHP..ers..are always needed..if you can find them..in the draft..

Prior to the Aug. 2 trade deadline, the Mariners, Phillies, and Yankees had some negotiations about a potential three-team swap, according to The Seattle Times’ Ryan Divish. Left-hander Marco Gonzales would’ve headed to Philadelphia and outfielder Joey Gallo would’ve been dealt to the Mariners, though it isn’t known what player or players New York would’ve acquired in this proposed deal.

Yeah..I read that...and that is the value of Gonzales..at this point..a #5 starter..

And flexen..is the same..#4 or five starter..

Is a ground ball pitcher..

On sometimes..he can...and does look like a #3 starter.(Gonzales)..which makes him good...for a national league team.

So..see what playoff teams needs pitchers....

Left handed guys are always needed...if they don't cut it..
