Apparently a new way for cheating the Eagles' tempo on offense has been found. Apart from faking injuries, it now is asking for clear BS measurements...

I don't think Carroll would have taken a TO if he wasn't granted the measurement.

They've been far too present this year. I guess the league office didn't like the brand of football that the Seahawks and Niners played last year, so they decided to make playing defense illegal.
