Roughing the passer is the next penalty that should be challengeable. Unforgivable that they missed such an obvious one.

ALL penalties should be challenge-able. Coaches should receive 2 regular play challenges and 2 penalty challenges. This is not admitting refs are guilty of bad plays, simply put it out as PR that the game moves FAR too fast for 8 refs to monitor 22 players on the field running the speed/strength they do. I've said this for over a decade.
