Without knowing all of the details myself...it's hard for me to call TB a cheater...to call him a cheater...I have to assume that he knew his balls had air taken out which I do believe he knew air was being taken out. You also have to assume knew they were below the league minimum...that's the part Idk about.

I think a 2 game suspension is just and that's probable...reduced to no games...RG is not going to let that happen.

If he does get off, will he dedicate his free time to searching golf courses all across this land for the "real deflators"?

Comparing Tom Brady to OJ is irresponsible and downright indecent!

OJ deserves better.

Most of the posters here are missing the big picture. it doesn't matter if he appeals and wins. Brady and the Pats have officially been branded "cheats." The NFL knows this, the owners know this, the refs and the players know this and the vast majority of fans know this. Appeal or not there are 2 things you cant appeal. One is the report it's out there and you cant suppress it and like I said the majority of fans believe it to be true and the other penalty you will not be able to appeal is that he and the Pats will be under the microscope for the foreseeable future.

That means every game every play every move these guys make will be looked at and assessed. How well do you think Brady will be able to perform without his cheats in place?

just like denver, washington, dallas, pittsburgh, atlanta, san diego...jerry rice...etc?

if so, im down with that.

IMO a far worse transgression is pumping in crowd noise in a dome. when you cant hear the cadence, thats a massive...whopping advantage.

"Brady just loves the game"

"Kraft saved football"
First stop misquoting me for your personal enjoyment you POS. Here is just one article form ESPN. From Jeff Saturday yuo know one of the critics right now talking about Deflategate.

Do you have anything to refute this beside your weak as opinions? It's rhetorical we know you don't ass clown.

"After months of owners and players being at odds, there was a powerful scene that unfolded today in Washington, DC as the sides announced a 10-year collective bargaining agreement.
Colts center Jeff Saturday, a member of the executive committee, gave a warm embrace to Robert Kraft after speaking about his role in the process and the death of his wife, Myra.
"A special thanks to Myra Kraft, who even in her weakest moment allowed Mr. Kraft to come and fight this out," Saturday said at the news conference, while looking in the eyes of Robert Kraft to his right. "And without him, this deal does not get done. I don't want to be climatic in any way, but he is a man who helped us save football and we're so gracious for that, we're gracious for his family and for the opportunity he presented to get this deal done. So thank you very much, we really appreciate it."
At that moment, Saturday put his right arm around Kraft and brought him close for a meaningful embrace, with Kraft's head tucked into Saturday's chest.
Kraft was heard saying to Saturday, "It means a lot."

Report: Brady hires Kessler, a thorn in the NFL's side | Comcast SportsNet - CSNNE.com

Report: Brady hires Kessler, a thorn in the NFL's side

May 12, 2015, 5:45 pm

Jeffrey Kessler will help make up Tom Brady's legal team, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, which may not be great news for the NFL.

Schefter told Colin Cowherd Tuesday that he received a text from "somebody connected to the [Deflategate] story in some way" stating: "Brady's team is unreal I guess . . . Talented, big-name lawyers. Yee, Kessler, etc. Prediction = Won't miss a game."

It's been long known that Brady's agent Don Yee would help defend his client as Brady continues to wade through the aftermath of the Wells Report's release. Yee has been on the offensive since last week.

Kessler is a new addition, but his name is one that's well-known in NFL circles. He served as outside counsel to the NFLPA last year during the appeal of the NFL's indefinite suspension of Ray Rice. Twenty years ago he helped establish free agency in the NFL by winning the Freeman McNeil case and settling the Reggie White case that focused on restrictions of player movement.

The lawyer who represented Patriots coach Bill Belichick back in 2000, when Belichick sued the NFL and the New York Jets in federal court to free himself from his contract with the Jets? That was Kessler, too.

It's a high-profile addition for Brady as he prepares to appeal the four-game suspension he was handed on Monday -- one with a record of some pretty significant wins when it comes to battles with the league.
Judging by the way Yee has botched this from the get go, I wouldn't lose any sleep if he's involved
