Depends on what you mean by free scenario village hookers. If by free scenario village hookers, you mean that they no longer have to be paid for, then yes.

If by free you mean, they are free to not be scenario village hookers anymore, then no.

Also, if you mean no longer paying for them, but they all look like Channing Tatum, then the answer is again, no.

Scenario Village can be a very confusing place sometimes.
