Ravens have no shot at the playoffs and Harbaugh has been rumored to want to coach college. Baltimore to So Cal would most likely be a welcomed move by his family as well.

This would be the perfect time for USC to land an NFL coach with a ring (something they want).. of course, doesn't mean it'll happen though.
