Quit checking me out.
Relax. No need to be upset my man. Of course I am pissed when the Ducks lose and of course I want them to get another shot at a BCS/CFP title game.
I just am not one to cry, whine, and make excuses when they do lose. As a life time Oregon fan who has attended well over a hundred Duck games, my expectations are not going to be on the level of say..., an Alabama fan. And judging your fanbases reactions, ability to handle a loss, excuse making, lack of ability to reason with logic, and overall paranoia..... I am starting to believe that May be a good thing.
Don't get me wrong, I love talking CFB and am a huge fan, but still, I don't let my life worth hinge on whether my team wins every game and a NATTY.
I would be ecstatic if my team ever were to win it all. But I take quite a bit of enjoyment out of every single season of competition since I have been a die hard Oregon Ducks fan. Going on 30 years. And if you look at those years.... Lots of lean ones. Being there, supporting my team, tailgating with friends, cheering Oregon all the way no matter how bad or good the team is. That is my passion for my team.
When someone the likes of Deb is the Nation's spoke person for the Ducks.... Let's just say it has gone too far. Tying self worth to college kids is not my gig.
