Let's remember now that they are currently losing to wazzu. Not saying they won't, but they are gonna have to do better than this.

Not saying a b1g contender. But have the pedigree to be better than expected. Maybe a bowl and upset a good b1g team or two. .500 in b1g I would say exceeds expectations in year 1

Kyle Flood doing a great job right now. Very calculated gameplan, hasn't tried anything stupid or risky. Scored when in range. Remember, they also play in the B1G. They don't have to be world beaters to win 8 games.

I haven't looked at their schedule but I'm sure it's not easy. I know one of their crossover games is at Nebraska and they have to play Michigan, MSU and OSU in the east. .500 might be pretty hard.

Yep. Just looked at it. They also get Navy (option's a bitch to prepare for in 1 week) and Indiana can score with the best of them. I only see 2 or 3 pretty safe wins on the schedule.

I have a good feeling about it. Everyone here is super pessimistic and I'm hoping we will surprise everyone, even our own fans. I really don't understand why everyone is so down on us because we have some talent and experience at key positions.
