Melo has never been a team player. And I don't see that changing just because he's teamed up w/ RW & PG.

He's older now and on arguably the best team of his career. I'm not saying he does it, but I certainly wouldn't put it out of the realm of possibility for him to take a back seat and be more of a team player.

There was always a chance, I suppose, but the Thunder have had a good decision process that keeps them in the playoffs and being a profitable organization. My complaint is they were unwilling to spend the money and do what it takes for a legitimate chance at a championship. I never really expected Westbrook to come to the Lakers and always thought that was an unrealistic expectation. Westbrook has found his place and he is happy there. I wish him and you a successful season, but only because you're a nice person.

After the blunders of players coming and going over the years, Presti did a fantastic job of revamping this team.

Westbrook really couldn't realistically ask for more.

I don't think the Warriors are threatened. In Russ' mind he probably thinks they will be better than GS. I just don't see any possible way that is true. GS has more, better players, amazing chemistry and better depth.

That said, still a spectacular summer for OKC.
