When an NFL player contemplates retirement - he has already retired. I do not see any team giving up more than a 6th round pick for him.
The dude has nothing left to prove. He's got SB rings - he's a first ballot HOF lock - as of now he's the best tight end ever. What would he gain by going to another team?
He has a lot of non-football opportunities in front of him right now. I do not see him playing for another team and I think it's no better that 50/50 that he plays at all this year.

Clear number 1 is Gonzalez and no one is close, my number 2 is Gates and 3 is Casper . I think you could make an argument for Gronk as high as 2 or as low as 6 but in no world is he number 1.

i've heard a few people suggest that the only reason Gronk has hinted at retirement is because he doesn't want to play for BB anymore. He may be interested in still playing somewhere else.
