a few trades..i like this one......
Dylan Moore 25
Sam Haggerty 0 IL-60
Yohan Ramirez 55
for
Edmundo Sosa 63....st louis cardinals
lets test it
1630265002403.pngThis appears to be a fair trade proposal for each team. Now post it to our Trade Board to see what other users think of it.

anytime you have treavor story..you need one more guy...he gets injured..but..he usually come back..in..not 2 long
then they still have..Shed Long Jr. 4 IL-60 as well..and Donovan Walton 8 MINORS,,so..that would be nice

The Kelenic strike 2 call in the 12th was a killer though M's had already choked away many opportunities by then.

The part that bothers me is the ump had called 124 of 129 balls correctly until that BS strike 2 call.
It is what I argued a couple weeks back was going to bite Kelenic in the ass. When you are a rookie with zero credibility you can’t show up umpires because they talk and they are petty.

Hope seems to be the Mariners scouting method.

Not picking on you just asking a question: If Kelenic was say a #90 MLB prospect instead of a Top 5, would you still have the same hope that he is better than he has shown? I think fans, and baseball people, put more hope in a guy based on his ranking even though rankings are truly a guessing game and done by people outside of baseball itself.

Kelenic's Minor League #'s:

Everyone should have the faith in him. His minor league numbers were outstanding for a HS kid from Wisconsin. I don’t think anyone put him in the Trout category but nothing even in his minor league days showed he would struggle. But he is the epitome of how much Covid sucked. He can’t get better in the minors but is struggling in the bigs. Way too early to say he is a AAAA player.

Not trying to argue with you or anyone on it, but it does peek my interest on why fans get locked in on a guy and his potential to be a stud when he really hasn't done anything to show that. To your point about his minor league success, I see good stats not elite stats. Yes he was younger than most at his levels, but as we see in draft picks some peek at a high school or college levels. Again, not trying to be a downer on him but trying to see what others swear by. I see a kid full of himself at times and a kid who may burn himself out with his pressure he puts on himself with every AB. Talent wise, I don't see that 'It' factors that jumps out. Surprisingly to me anyways is that I feel he has been better defensively than previously thought (my eyes).

This topic for me isn't to bash but just to see what others see. Griffey was easy to see. Trout as well. Ackley looked the part in his rookie year. Just trying to define what differs from the next Seager vs the next Ackley once they reach the majors. Physical tools? Mental tools? Work ethic? It is a curiosity to me that is all.
