If I may....

Making "snide comments" just to create a negative response would definitely be trolling. To make a comment that is counter to what you think, isn't necessarily a "snide" comment. It is just an opinion and open to response in kind. If I were to say that the Cowboys D sucks, I would expect a response from the far pro-Cowboy wing that would tell me how wrong I was and give examples on why....not to be attacked as a "troll"....weak

You guys, in particular, seem to be a bit tightly wound. Perhaps a few tokes or shots might be in order...then we can begin again realizing that friendly poking/prodding is appropriate?

Well the whole thing that started this was a snide comment from Texas Heat that I and a few others took as just trying to get that negative response. Otis ran off after he tried to stand up for TH inviting his friend wasn't a troll.

My question to him was in reply to a question he asked me. In fact I'm pretty sure he thought my answer would validate his stance and it didn't. I would live to see his answer to my question.

Maybe I'm missing something but from the first time the FN guys posted I didn't see anything they said that was attacking or trolling. Now I've been posting with you guys a while and I know how your board works and most of the posters here are former ESPN guys and will stick together as will the FN guys as well. All we have been told since joining was to "be careful with the team forums...wait and see what they are like...get your street cred before posting" so we posted and were lambasted by a couple of Cowboy posters. We reacted and now are the villians...cool.

I have gone on to the CFB forums (I'm more a NCAA guy)...poked a bit and pulled back and it seems cool now....not so on the Cowboy boards. It is almost as if they are afraid someone is going to "take over' or something...

But...it's cool...not trying to start anything, just giving an opinion

Well Skinsdad would move it to smack talk forum. And the skins do need a lot more meat on D and haven't been a team in a few years so I'd agree with you on that. It's a long off season and I think everyone's just ready for game day. And for the record I really wish the skins board was a lot looser than it is.

I call BS...it seems that if someone says something contrary to your beliefs...SOME of you attack rather than have civil discourse.
