With Kubiak retired, I'm not sure he'll have a job next season

I appreciate pretty much anyone who has bled blue and orange, but man, the offense sucked in the two years you were here ..

Fine friends you guys are. Rick Dennison was Denver Bronco player - and was on 3 coaching staffs that won Denver Bronco Super Bowls. It is sad to see him go.

I do agree he is no longer useful to the team - as it is now.

I'd shake his hand and get his autograph - which puts in in the upper echelon of former Broncos.

Sorry didn't mean to make it sound like I wasn't appreciative of his time with the Broncos. He definitely was valuable to Kubiak and Kubiak was valuable to us winning those 3 Super Bowls so definitely deserves some recognition for that. I think we all saw this one coming though.

It wasn't you CD - it was the general trend of the early remarks. All of us fans are upset with the offensive results the last two seasons - Dennison is certainly identified with that lack of production, but there are not many guys who are connected to all three Super Bowl winning teams.

I'm looking forward to us knowing exactly who is calling the plays. From what I understand players were getting frustrated this past year because 3 different coaches were calling the plays and they never really knew who it was at certain times of the game. So now having one voice should be huge.

I don't know the details or all the possible conflicts - were his hands tied ?? Who knows ..

But with the title of offensive coordinator, I would think that Dennison had a pretty significant role in the preparation, the draft, and the adjustments ( or lack of ) ..

You look at the talent at WR on this team and how it was wasted, you look at the lack of creativity and preparation, the same 3rd and short failures that were not addressed, the pathetic final stretch of games by the offense ..

You accept the role and title of offensive coordinator, and you are expected to do your job

How many times does it take to realize that running that same play on 3rd and one isn't working - those plays were dead before they began

As someone who owns an auto repair shop, if I can't fix the problem in your car after years of trying, and you've got no idea what my role is or how involved I am, I expect to be fired ..

In fact, I would expect that any money I was paid would have to be returned

Why you worried about buffalo ? He was a better O coordinator than our New head coach is a D Coordinator . Has been in the League a hell of a lot longer as well . Been damn fine at OL coach in rankings .
