I need to write this down.....Thug is a racist word against black people.....got it. It's getting harder to know what to say that is considered not racist or against somebody. Politcal correctness is hard when the meaning of words change.

He mouthed off, in what appears to be a habitual form (roid rage anyone...or just adderall?), and now is looking to shift the blame for his attitude on to others.

You just did, by conflating the word thug to the word n*gg*r. I don't preach against either, but I also don't stand idly when either is used in my presence.

If Sherman had just come out against the use of n*gg*r being used against him, I would have no issue with his statement & had some sympathy for him . But he didn't. He decided that in his all knowing greatness, that word thug is racist too. Which it is not. He is using the redefining of that word to deflect the attention away from his dumbassness.
