Wishful thinking I see 4-2 in Div and 9-1 outside and then if they get to AFCG they lose to the highest octane ever in Denver and improved D with Ware, Talib and Ward added and a healthy Miller. They will be scary good

Yeah, Rex Ryan sucks. I think he should've been fired years ago. If Im An owner, and my coach starts running his mouth like that before a season then goes sub 500, his ass is gone, let alone running his mouth every season and then falling short of expectations.

Having lived in the NY/NJ metro...I think Rex gets a little bit of a pass because the Giants are kinda down also the last couple of years...but when one NY team is doing well and you're the "other" team...it's rough.

Now that we've seen 3+ yrs of him...reaching the AFCCG with Sanchez @ QB is a feat that I'm not sure BB himself could pull off actually...he's a good coach, but a bit of a flake...something the tabloids love. At one point the Jets had a DEF to fear.

Jets still have a defense to fear. The offense is the problem. There really haven't been any receiving options (Santonio Holmes? Really?). Not that it matters because they haven't had anybody capable of getting the ball to them. The o-line has been very weak after being a strength for them those AFCG years. The D has been there and that's Rex's department. They need an OC that can maximize what they have.
