we hired a couple of kids right out of trade school because they know citizens programming language (basically a CNC machine).

its like learning HTML or software code

My nephew just graduated from Carnegie Mellon in robotics...moved out to Denver works for Google and is in the office 3 hours a day...hikes,snowboards,rafting the rest. here I am shlubbing like a slave in here.
