RB Question

Could we not use an upgrade at backup RB? Saw a few trade speculations (WFT was not mentioned) suggesting Melvin Gordon for a 3rd to several RB needy teams.

unless we have an injury i wouldnt go after any rbs via trade or signing .

better to keep our picks and our cap so we have flexibility for next year

we still need a qb long term at this point

I'm not happy with Barber and McKissic is a gadget back. Patterson from Buffalo is pint size. We could use a thumper to spell Gibson from time to time. Gordon would be a huge add to the offense if available. We have our QB for this year. We should be talking in terms of winning every year/every Sunday regardless of who the qb is. Why did we bring in Leno if we don't have a long term qb?

He’s only 26 years old and scored nine td’s the YPC is concerning (3.5), but perhaps that’s due to Atlanta sucking.

He might be a nice compliment to Gibson.

I personally think he could spell for a bunch of teams. He would outperform barber for sure. At 26, its just hard for me to process that he is useless. I don't believe it

i will take his 11 TDS from the RB position

I think Gibson could play at 230 if it came to that. And although he has little experience at RB, i believe he may be on his way to something special.

Without Gibson our offense becomes 1 dimensional. With our current RB stable, here's to hoping he can play 17 games.
