I think the thing I have learned is some people have a clue what they are talking about and some don't. I used to let it rile me and make me want to show the where they went wrong (we have several of those too.)

So I have learned that I am not going to try to convince anybody of anything because that just doesn't happen. I learned my lesson on Cousin's and finally with Kerrigan. Neither sucked as bad as some would have you think but I was going to show them the error in their ways.

I am sure I am forgetting someone but the ONE guy I remember in years of watching football that came out of the gate fast was Dan Marino. Brady got to play because Bledsoe got hurt, Rodgers got to play after sitting behind Favre for several years. Mahomes got to play after sitting for a year.

Some of you might want to chill the fuck out ... but then again ... maybe not. It's your dime. :2cents:

BTW ... welcome to 2nd place. The Eagles are in first now. CJ Bethard looked good for the little time he played. Was that garbage time or were they trying to come back? :noidea:

Given the score at the time, I liked RR going for it. Gives Haskins a chance to learn and grow with decision making. Pretty sure he won’t forget this teaching moment. It occurred to me that the footsteps of ‘whatever you do, don’t throw an INT...’ affected his decision making here. Can’t blame the guy after the media and fan shit show last week regarding the safety of his position in DC. Been interesting watching RRs style of growth and development.

Haskins couldn’t win there in some people’s eyes

IF you are Dad, you have good reason for it! And I always appreciate you back your opinions with sound reasoning. You may have lost a bit of patience...after hearing the same shit for 8 plus years...but I lost that awhile ago so I can’t throw stones, lol. Lord help us with some of the hilarious, delusional posts on this board.

Being a mod on the Skins board ain’t no picnic. You do a great job managing the asylum imo.

Cheers!

Is it strange that I felt like it was a win for Football Team even tho we lost by 14?

I saw a team that needs pieces but is growing. To me that is a win. Thoughts?

You want WFT to win the sorriest division in football for what? So you talk shit and pound your chest to fans of other NFC East teams? You know what winning the NFC Least means this year. Fucking up a chance at a better draft pick. That is all. The NFC East winner isn't bustin a grape come playoff time. Its the ultimate in short sighted thinking.

Yes i want the team to win. Silly me.

This is why mixed messages from RRs actions on game day such as...head scratching time mgt, ‘on field’ learning for your QB in the redzone for situational F (which made me lose to @Sportster 72 since we shoulda kicked a FG, lol), White flagging it at the end of statistically winnable games, talk of a FULL R&D year and then statements like this at pressers, saying he’s ‘backing DH 100% after his shite game followed by a leak (likely a player to Finley...leading to a breaking Sun am breaking news ‘DH could be benched’ talking point for media...are being debated hard amongst fans imo

Im on board fully with RR. But he definitely sends mixed messages...and I’m not a fan who doesn’t question. So sue me, lol
