In Beltre we trust.
That pitch was a strike to Murphy on the other side.
And the numbers jta posted show he's been pretty much the same. He's had good and bad starts the entire season. You can't tell me I've said he's been a lot worse lately, because I haven't.
See how useless standing that close to the plate is when you can't get around on an hanging curve inside....
Let's hear it for Ross Wolf tonight. Team needed him to go 6 and he did so. Giving up solo homers to Davis and Roberts hurts, but that's all the damage. Kept the team in the game.
Great job Wolf. I hope he can take Grimm's spot once we get some pitchers back. And Cotts is awesome. Could be the setup guy as far as I am concerned.

Pitched just fine, 2 mistakes and they cost him but the offense has to get more than 1 run for him
Romeo, you misplaced the word "lot". I didn't put it where you said I did. I said there was a lot more complaining and not that you said he was a lot worse. There is a big difference in those two uses.
Wow...bunch of recency bias from these fans...How is Tanner only 4%? Stupid Rangers fans...
I agree with this a lot.The average fan in general is pretty stupid.
I would be comfortable with at least 5 guys in our pen in high leverage situations.
Cotts has been the biggest surprises of this season to me.Great job Wolf. I hope he can take Grimm's spot once we get some pitchers back. And Cotts is awesome. Could be the setup guy as far as I am concerned.

Agree. One of if not the best start of the series.
Most likely the result of frustration building throughout the season.
