Our announcers are the worst I have ever seen at announcing defensive changes. It's part of the game.

Man on 3rd and less than 2 outs. What are the odds?

Too busy getting excited about HR's that don't leave the field of play

Not often do you see a young pitcher with a fastball that hits 85.

Let's give Odor a break tonight and bring him in to face Wade Davis. That's right in line with the original thinking. Martin saved Odor there.

playing that deep you don't have time to watch the runner at 2nd back with speed at the plate Elvis

Did you see Carps' head on that throw from EA? Granted the ball was short hopped to 1st, but Carp turned his frigging head.

Martin's crap play in CF lead to run one, and now Carp IMO directly attributed to another one, although EA gets the error.

Carp is screwing up perfectly good opportunity to let someone else get some reps, he sucks

Why do you send Odor up there to face the best closer in the AL in a spot that is pretty irrelevant?

Can we call up Rua already? Carp blows.

I'm leery of bringing up and over-exposing a young player. He might be fine, and this may help his development. He also could go through what Michael Choice went - or is that, going through. Maybe a few weeks in the bigs would be a catalyst for springing him forward.

Carp sucks, and there's little doubt of this. But keep in mind we're in our final 50+ games and it's all about 2015 now. But he looked like a AA guy at 1st last night.

Some will hate this, but I think JPA has shown some growth at 1st. He's light years ahead of Carp IMO anyway. Our problem with him is his bat. Can we count on him to hit 25 HRs and drive in 70+? If so, then to have him as a backup at 1st/C and some DH, he may have a spot for next season.
